01. About Shaman Ora

Shaman Ora offers spiritual exploration, self-awareness, personal development, and transformational learning experiences.

Our programs may include guided self-reflection, shadow work, meditation, group discussions, body-awareness practices, and spiritual or energetic approaches.

These experiences are intended to support personal exploration and growth. They are not medical or psychological treatment.

02. Eligibility & Participation

Shaman Ora programs are intended for adults aged 18 and older.

Participation is voluntary. Each participant is responsible for evaluating whether a program is appropriate for their personal circumstances, emotional readiness, and wellbeing.

Submitting a registration form does not automatically guarantee acceptance into a program.

Shaman Ora reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation where reasonably necessary for participant wellbeing, group safety, or the appropriate operation of the program, subject to applicable law.

03. Medical & Psychological Disclaimer

Shaman Ora does not provide medical care, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis, or licensed mental health services through its Organic Shadow Work program.

Our programs are educational, spiritual, and personal-development experiences. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition.

Participation does not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other healthcare professional relationship.

Our programs are not a substitute for professional medical advice, psychological care, psychiatric treatment, counseling, or other licensed healthcare services.

04. Medication & Ongoing Treatment

Participants are responsible for following the advice of their qualified healthcare providers.

Shaman Ora does not recommend, prescribe, adjust, or discontinue medication or medical treatment.

Do not stop, reduce, or change prescribed medication or ongoing medical or psychological treatment based on information, experiences, or suggestions encountered during a Shaman Ora program.

Any decisions regarding medication or treatment must be made with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

05. Emotional Experiences & Personal Readiness

Shadow work may involve exploring personal memories, emotional patterns, beliefs, childhood experiences, and challenging aspects of one's life.

These activities may bring up difficult or intense emotions.

Participants understand that emotional responses vary and that the experience may not be suitable for everyone at every stage of life.

You are encouraged to respect your personal boundaries, decline exercises that do not feel appropriate, pause participation when needed, and seek qualified professional support where appropriate.

Shaman Ora cannot guarantee that participation will be free from emotional discomfort or distress.

06. Personal Responsibility & Voluntary Choice

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Your decision to register and participate is voluntary.
• You are responsible for assessing your own readiness and suitability.
• You retain responsibility for your personal decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
• You may decline individual activities or exercises.
• You are responsible for seeking medical or psychological assistance when needed.

Participation does not require you to disclose personal experiences beyond what you voluntarily choose to share.

07. No Guaranteed Results

Shaman Ora does not guarantee specific emotional, psychological, spiritual, physical, financial, relationship, or life outcomes.

Testimonials and personal experiences shared on our website reflect individual perspectives and should not be interpreted as promises of similar results.

08. Group Participation & Confidentiality

Some Shaman Ora programs involve group sessions in which participants may voluntarily share personal experiences.

Participants agree to respect the privacy, boundaries, and dignity of others.
