THE BODY - LEARN TO FEEL WITHOUT REACTING
The body is often the first place we experience a pattern.
Through the nervous system, the body senses whether an experience feels pleasant or painful. When an experience feels painful or threatening, the mind may react immediately to protect us.
You will learn to recognize your feelings, especially the uncomfortable ones, and develop the capacity to feel your emotions without automatically turning to coping or protective mechanisms.
By staying present with feelings and sensations without immediately reacting to them, trying to fix them, or turning them into a story, you create space between feeling and reaction - a precious space where new possibilities can emerge.
